Problem

Merge into a unique social tool the whole operations and engagement activities of Lavazza's several business units.

Solution

Create a product engagement initiative able to map the Real Italian Espresso Experience. Moreover, provide the first global rewarding system directly connected to the product consumption.

From the most common engagement activities, such as taking and uploading pictures  of Lavazza coffee, to the most elaborated operations, like sharing contents about the editorial project "Italy behind Italy", all the users participate to a mechanism of credits accumulation to win Lavazza prizes.

On the same map, even Lavazza geolocalizes all its activities: the events, the calendar, the social actions.

Doing so, the map becomes a new mean to tell stories about the product contributing to map the real Italian coffee experience.
