Problem

Represent the complexity of the Lavazza world, building an iconic brand able to engage and unite  people around Lavazza values.

Solution

A corporate website that becomes an integrated, complete and flexible  ecosystem, adaptable for all the global and local needs. Such a platform has been structured in order to guarantee a usability connected with its consumption occasion and a strong interaction with the products.

Furthermore, the website is based on a system that gives to a Community, Branded content, UGC and Social Media Interaction, the means to co-exist and to generate interdependent contents. 

Thus, the Lavazza website has been formed by 6 main channels:

At home, dedicated to the consumers, that presents the products for the espresso made at home.

Away from home, which presents istitutional contents for the professionists of coffee

At office, dedicated to the authomatic distribution

Coffee Passion, where users find the istitutional and editorial contents for the coffee lovers

Lavazza World, the corporate channel to present Lavazza

The Italian Experience, the Lavazza community that "infects" with its contents and activities the whole portal

Moreover, the e-commerce section, to buy your favourite products, with just one click.
